Service Description

This appointment is used to build on the plans we have already put into place These appointments do not need as much time as we will just be touching base, assessing where we are up to and developing on what we have achieved so far. We will look to develop the exercises you already have, ensure you are doing them correctly and providing any treatment we may need to such as: Soft/Deep Tissue Massage, Joint Mobilisations, Manipulations, Deep Transverse Frictions and Re-Education. If you've already had your Injury Assessment with Ultimate Recovery, then this is the appointment for you! Don't delay, continue with your Ultimate Recovery now

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation from either party must be at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to provide more support, however, due to the nature of the room costing an hourly fee, we must retain the booking fee which is non-refundable.
